The other option is to get a Ford Dana 44 front axle. They are wider but can be narrowed to accept Wagoneer width axles. This is what I did for my front axle. You will want to measure the spring perches to make sure they are the same distance apart from one another. Oh and the GM ones are 6 lug. Is yours 6 lug as well?
